Got the real looking skeleton's from Atlas of Human Anatomy for the Artist by Stephen Rogers Peck. And the brown skeleton's from Imagine FX. If you don't have both books you should, especially if you are drawing Humans. Thought I'd put these on page so that you can use them for reference like I do.
I have both books that I have been wanting in my library, not that I have a big library, but  HOW TO DRAW AND HOW TO RENDER are a must for me I fill. Especially for a guy that can't afford to go to art school.

I have had HOW TO DRAW  for some time now, just took forever to get serious because of my issues in the past. But here in the last 6 months I've been going at it, learning all kinds of forms and methods of creating boxes, weather in perspective or just flat boxes. There is so much more to learn from these books that will help make your art better. I think they give the foundation part and the corner stone at the end. If you have the chance, I strongly recommend these books. I'm far from a good artist, but I know a great art book when I see one, these art great.

The covers of the book ins your ID picture look very promising. Can you tell me a bit about them? Are they worth there money? I'm always looking after new material which might help me improve my skills. Thanks a lot!

Very worth it. My knowledge is increasing every page I study and that is on a pro's lvl. I would say for you to go to Scott Robertson on you tube and see him give a drawing study and if it is something you like then go to You can find his books here. The ones in my I.D. pic are called how to draw and how to render. They are his latest ones and from my knowledge, they are his most in depth on his processes, witch are professional. He is one of the best that I have seen out there. How to draw focuses on creating vehicles and buildings with some value study. How to render has references about light and shadow, different surfaces, just a lot of how to render all kinds of objects. You will learn how to create shadows on objects and from objects mathematically.  Also, you can use your tablet or phone and scan his book with a special app so that you can watch video tutorials, witch are great. Hope this help.

Glad to hear that! :) I know who Scott Robertson is, I have
his youtube channel on my watch since a long time. Didn't know
he has written a book though.
The books sound amazing. I will put them on my wish list for
my birthday in June. Need them in my life! :3
Thanks a lot, they surely will help!
